*I guess I'm weird. Not many people have '16 Going On 17' in their MP3s, I can assure you that, nor do they have 'Candle In the Wind'. But I really do like them. Oh well.
*I didn't go for PE today as I am coughing, sniffling and headaching. Instead, while the other girls were playing Captian's Ball(I'm pretty much sick of it. We played it
everyday after PSLE last year) , Sandy Wang, Jamela and I started playing 20 Questions. And then I found a block of wood and started pounding grass, the 大长今 way. I'm not sure if the 'jin' word is right... And after that, we had recess. Nothing much to take note of, except that I went to find Zazebelle (my nickname for Isabella) to discuss something.
*Oh yeah, Chuo Li and I were arguing whether it is the leaf or the branch of the Casuarina that can be broken apart and fixed again. I insisted that it is the leaf, while Chuo-chuo says that it's the branch. So our convo went something like this:
(At the assembly area)
Me: It's the leaf!
Chuo Li: No, it's the branch!
Me: Leaf!
Chuo Li: Branch!
Me: LEAF!
Chuo Li: BRANCH! And I can assure you that I am correct.
Me: NO! It's the leaf. Come, let me show you.
(We walk to where a tree stands, presumably, it's a Casuarina)
Me: *looks around awkwardly at the many students thronging to the Assembly Area* Okay *points to pile of brown stick-like leaves at the base of the Casuarina* Those things are the leaves. They CAN be joint together.
Chuo Li: No. It's the BRANCH.
Me: It's the leaf! Everyone knows that.
(Walk back to the Assembly Area)
Chuo Li: It's the branch! And that's final!
Me: It's the leaf. I'm right. Fullstop comma comma bang bang. (Don't ask what possessed me to say that. It's childish.
Ich weiß. )*And it didn't just end there. We had it during recess and back on Chuo Li's mum's car. Well, I'm pretty sure it's the leaf.
*I just made a pancake and pored milk all over it. It tastes weird. Not the pancake, the milk. I guess that's what one'll get if one pours the milk into the pan first, let it simmer for 10 minutes before adding it onto the pancake. If I get stomachache tonight, I'll know why.
*Okay, I'm going off now...
